These days for quiet reflection are open to anyone who welcomes the
opportunity to spend time in silence, in quiet company and nurturing
surroundings.
The morning may be introduced with short guided exercises to still body,
mind and spirit.

As well as use of the comfortable meeting house and the woodland gardens,
participants may join a quiet walk in Bigwood or browse the library.
Please bring a notebook or reading material that you might find helpful with
a lunch item to share, or a packed lunch. Tea/coffee and biscuits will be
provided throughout the day.
A donation of £10 is suggested towards the cost of hiring the meeting house.
Please come and know that you will be welcomed.
